Can I download a copy of my invoice or receipt?

Yes. To ensure your invoice is issued correctly, please enter accurate billing information during checkout, including your company name and Tax ID if you are purchasing on behalf of a business.

After completing your purchase, you can download your invoice by logging in to your account and navigating to Settings > Billing > Invoices. Click View to download your invoice in PDF format.


We are a tax-exempt organization. How do we receive tax-exempt pricing?

If you are located in the EU, the applicable VAT rate is automatically determined based on the country selected in your billing information during checkout.

To receive tax-exempt pricing, enter your company name and valid Tax ID, then click Save & Continue. The payment system will validate the information and, where applicable, automatically apply the correct tax treatment.

For customers outside the EU, the applicable tax rate is generally 0%, unless otherwise required by local law.


How long is the course available after purchase?

Access to the course is valid for 365 days from the date of purchase.

Any updates made to the course during your access period, including new modules, videos, files, or other course materials, will be included at no additional cost for as long as your access remains active.


When can I start the course after purchase?

Access to the course materials is granted immediately after purchase.

Please note that the platform does not support delaying the course start date. Your access period begins automatically once your purchase is completed.


Is the course available only as OnDemand training?

Yes. The course is available exclusively in an online, OnDemand format.

Organizations with specific training requirements are welcome to contact our sales team to discuss available options and how Western Tactics can support their cybersecurity training needs.


Where can I find my Certificate of Completion?

Once you complete the course, your Certificate of Completion is generated automatically.

You’ll receive an email with instructions on how to access your certificate. You can also download it by going to Account -> Products and clicking View certificate under your course title.

To ensure your name appears correctly, make sure your first and last name are entered accurately in your profile settings before you complete the course.


Can I share my account with others?

No. Accounts are personal and may not be shared with any other individual.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Any unauthorized account sharing, misuse, or other violation of these terms may result in suspension or revocation of access to the course and related services, without refund.


Can I share my Western Tactics course materials with others or use them in my business or research?

Western Tactics courses are designed to provide not only knowledge and skills, but also practical resources such as tools, templates, configuration files, and other supporting materials that you can use directly in your professional role or within your business environment.

As an individual purchaser, you may use these materials for your own internal professional purposes, including within your employer’s or client’s organization. This includes applying what you receive in the course in real-world business environments as part of your own work.

However, you may not copy, share, distribute, publish, sublicense, resell, or otherwise make any course materials or included resources available to third parties, unless Western Tactics has given prior written permission. You may also not use the materials to teach others, incorporate them into other training materials, publications, products, or services, or allow them to be reused outside your own permitted professional use.

All intellectual property rights in the course materials remain with Western Tactics. Any unauthorized use may result in suspension or revocation of access, without refund, and may lead to further legal action where appropriate.


Can I copy information from the Western Tactics website or course environment?

No content from the Western Tactics website or course environment may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, or otherwise used without Western Tactics’ prior written permission, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All content on westerntactics.com and all Western Tactics courseware is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

What payment options are available?

We currently accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)


Can I cancel and get a refund for my OnDemand course?

Western Tactics OnDemand courses are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been received and enrollment has been completed.


What language are the courses provided in?

All videos, written content, and course materials are provided in English.


Do the courses include paid software licenses?

No. Our courses do not include licenses for paid third-party software products.

Most software referenced in Western Tactics training is open source. Where licensed or commercial products are mentioned, this is typically because they are commonly used in professional environments or serve as useful examples. Such products are never required in order to complete the course.
